At My Pet Store<\/em>, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products for you and your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.<\/p>

1. Defective or Broken Products<\/h3>

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, you have 7 days from the date of delivery<\/strong> to notify us and return the item.<\/p><\/li>

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will offer you a replacement or store credit<\/strong>, depending on availability.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Incorrect Orders (Sizes, Colours, or Variations)<\/h3>

    • Please ensure that you carefully select the correct size, colour, or variation<\/strong> when placing your order.<\/p><\/li>

    • Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted for incorrect orders<\/strong> where the wrong option was selected by the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>
