My Pet Store Returns Policy

At My Pet Store, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products for you and your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

1. Defective or Broken Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return the item.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will offer you a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

2. Incorrect Orders (Sizes, Colours, or Variations)

  • Please ensure that you carefully select the correct size, colour, or variation when placing your order.

  • Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted for incorrect orders where the wrong option was selected by the customer.

3. Used or Opened Products

  • For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear.

  • This includes food, treats, grooming items, bedding, and toys.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email our customer support team at info@mypetstoresa.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your Name, photos of the product, and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

5. Refunds and Replacements

  • Approved returns will be processed once the product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

  • Replacements will be shipped subject to stock availability

⚠️ Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
